How to get started with 008 Group?
In order to start working with us, you need to get a personal code of the client. To receive a client code, write your data (name, contact phone) chinabridge008@gmail.com to us by mail and expect a letter from the manager with the number of your client code. Or you can register in person at any of the company's offices.
I have a client code, what should I do next?
You can send the goods to any of our warehouses by courier. When sending, be sure to include your customer code on the package. Customer code must be written in large, legible and visible packaging.
Cargo with customer code delivered to the warehouse, what next?
If you personally or your representative brought the goods to the warehouse, then you need to fill out a cargo inventory. It is important to fill out the inventory correctly and clearly. If, for some reason, the consignor cannot fill out the inventory in the warehouse, then you should fill out the inventory by e-mail and send us an email to info@008group.com.ua
How is the shipping cost of my cargo calculated?
The final cost of delivery of your cargo consists of the tariff for your type of cargo, the selected method of delivery, handling and insurance. The tariff depends on the density of your cargo and the method of delivery.
How to calculate the density of your cargo?
The density of the cargo is calculated according to the following formula: weight divided by volume (kg / cubic meter), for example, 50 kg / 0.2m³, the density of such a parcel is 250 kilograms per cubic meter. The cargo volume is calculated according to the formula: Volume = box length x box width x box height in meters, for example, a box 0.2 m (20 cm) x 0.3 m (30 cm) x 0.4 m (40 cm) has a volume of 0.024 m³
How to determine whether my brand cargo?
Brand cargo means goods protected by intellectual property rights. If you do not have a certificate of authenticity, such a cargo may be confiscated at customs points. When purchasing cargo, you must make sure that this mark is not protected by the legislation of the EU and Ukraine. If in doubt, before sending, contact your company representative and he will check your product on the brand.
What types of cargo insurance do you have?
Insurance is your guaranteed monetary compensation in case of force majeure. We offer two types of insurance for your cargo - by default and your estimated value of the cargo. By default, all types of cargo are insured 4 cu \ kg railway delivery and 8 cu \ kg air delivery. Estimated insurance for the declared amount is paid extra, 1-2% of the estimated value of the cargo, depending on the tariff group of the cargo.
What is cargo handling?
When your cargo arrives at the warehouse, each box is opened, photographed, Packed, marked and loaded into the vehicle. These procedures with the cargo are called "processing".

How to make an inventory?
a) Before each shipment, the day of departure and possible changes in tariffs and transportation conditions. b) The goods for transportation are accepted only if there is a correctly completed inventory of goods in Ukrainian, Russian, Turkish or Chinese. Rules for filling the inventory are available in all company offices. Each place must be marked with the customer’s personal code. The inventory must be provided with the goods or sent to e-mail - chinabridge008@gmail.com/ airbeijing008@gmail.com/ guangzhou008@mail.ru. It is always necessary to indicate the client code in the subject line. The inventory shall be filled out separately for goods subject to and not subject to insurance. The following customs requirements should be observed with regard to the description of the goods: a) Comma-separated listing is not permitted, and should be highlighted separately position! b) - Name of the product / purpose (for a specific product, the scope must be indicated) - clothes / shoes / bags / belts (husband / women / children) - spare parts (scope, e.g. auto parts, bicycle parts, etc.) - electronics (required detailed description) c) The goods that are accepted at the warehouse are subject to inspection, photo fixing and repacking according to the requirements for cargo transportation (except Turkey). Packaging depends on the type of cargo and type of transportation. d) Cargo is accepted in terms of volume and weight of each item. e) The cost of packaging the goods is not included in the delivery rate and is subject to change. f) If at one place goods of different delivery rates are transported, delivery is paid at the tariff of the cargo with the maximum value. g) Places weighing less than 5 kg are paid at the rate of 15 $ / kg for all categories of cargo. An exception make up the categories of cargo “fur coats” and “leather goods” (jackets, sheepskin coats), which calculated at the rate of 30 $ / kg. The minimum cost of transporting one place is 15 $ / kg. (The basic tariff for cargo delivery by air is valid at a density of 120-220 kg per cubic meter.) h) Representatives of the company in the presence of the client can carry out selective control of the contents of the goods. In case of inconsistency of the list of investments with the actual content of the seats, a fine of $ 100 is charged for each place. If the contents of the seats do not correspond to the tariff, then the tariff is recalculated. i) The company is not responsible for damage to fragile and easily breakable items located in places.
What are the features when receiving the goods?
Features of the receipt of goods in the company 1. Payment for transportation may be made at the destination, at the point of reception of cargo, and also in any representative office of the company. 2. At the point of destination, cargo can only be received by the person whose code was indicated upon delivery upon presentation of a document proving his identity. For receiving cargo by other persons you must write a power of attorney in any representative office of the company. 3. In cities where the company has warehouses, the cargo is stored free of charge for no more than 5 days. Behind every subsequent day of storage a fee of $ 1 per place is charged. 4. In cities where the company has no warehouses and the goods were delivered by forwarding companies, free storage according to the rules of these companies. If within 15 days the client has not claimed, the goods are returned at the expense of the client to the nearest warehouse of the company. 5. In case of non-demand of cargo within 30 days from the date of delivery to the warehouse specified as a client, the company (without additional information) has the right to accept independent decision on the sale of goods in order to reimburse the costs incurred. 6. The company itself determines the forwarding company that delivers goods in the cities. The cost of cargo delivery to regions in which there are no company representative offices is added to base rate. Currently, cargo delivery in regions is carried out by the company Autolux.
