Our employees know how to pack any product. We use 8 types of packaging - depending on the type of cargo. This ensures that the contents remain intact during transport. All shipments are subject to compulsory insurance. By default, this is 8 cu / kg for air delivery and 4 cu / kg railway delivery.

However, if your cargo is particularly valuable, we offer alternative insurance. You declare the value of the goods and pay 1-2% as an insurance premium, depending on the type of cargo. Then in case of loss you will receive a refund for the entire declared amount.

We provide cargo control throughout the journey, and you get access to the Personal Account, where you can track the movement of your shipment by its track number. In addition, each client is always up to date with the latest changes, as he receives SMS mailings from the company.

Delivery time depends on the type of transport you choose. Transportation by plane from China takes from 8 to 10 days, by train - from 30 to 45 days, from Turkey -5-6 days.

If you live in another city, we will arrange delivery around the country by Avtolux. Every customer is special We are pleased to fulfill any order, including a small one. The minimum weight of the cargo is 5 kg.
